This Privacy Policy explains how NextGen Insights LLC, doing business as Norvau (“Norvau,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use CoreSteward OS (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy.
We collect:
• Account information — your name, email, business name, and login credentials.
• Business intake information — the details you provide about your business, brand, audience, offers, operations, and goals.
• Usage information — activity within the Platform (e.g., metrics you log, tools you use, content you generate) and basic technical data such as device and browser type.
We use your information to provide and operate the Platform, create and deliver your deliverables, generate AI-assisted content and recommendations grounded in your business, communicate with you (including service and account emails), provide support, and improve the Platform.
We share information with vendors that help us run the Platform, only as needed to provide the service: cloud hosting (Vercel), database hosting (Neon), transactional email (Resend), and AI model providers that process the inputs required to generate output. These providers are bound to protect your data and use it only to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
To power AI features, relevant portions of your business information are sent to AI model providers to generate responses. We send only what is needed for the feature you are using.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see Contact); deleting your account permanently removes your associated data.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may access and update your account information in Settings, and you can request a copy or deletion of your data. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor valid requests as required by law.
We send transactional and account-related emails (e.g., invitations, password resets, deliverable notifications). These are part of the service. Where we send non-essential communications, you may opt out.
The Platform is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18.
We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be communicated.
