Terms of Service

Norvau provides a software platform and consulting deliverables to help food & beverage businesses build and operate their revenue systems, including dashboards, tools, content generation, and strategic guidance. Specific deliverables, durations, and scope are defined by your engagement (e.g., Core Activation, Core Installation, Scale System) or subscription plan.

Access is by invitation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Engagement and subscription fees are agreed with you directly. Payment is due in advance. Services commence only upon receipt of payment — or, where a payment plan is agreed in writing, upon receipt of the required deposit. No work begins until that payment has cleared.

Payment plans. At Norvau's discretion, and depending on the engagement amount, fees may be paid as a percentage deposit followed by scheduled installments. The deposit must be received before any work begins; the remaining installments are billed on the agreed schedule over the course of the engagement.

Deposits, late payments & refunds. Deposits and fees are non-refundable. If a scheduled installment is missed or late, Norvau may pause or suspend services until the account is brought current. We may update plan pricing on a prospective basis with notice.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to access it by means other than the interface we provide, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others. AI-assisted features are provided to support your decisions, not to replace your professional judgment.

You retain ownership of the business information, brand materials, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant Norvau a limited license to use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Platform and your deliverables. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit Your Content.

Deliverables we create for you are licensed to you for your business use upon payment. The Platform itself, including its software, design, and underlying methods, remains the property of Norvau.

Some features generate content and recommendations using AI. Output may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on or publish it. You are responsible for what you choose to use.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Norvau does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and does not guarantee any specific business result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norvau will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
